Practice area
Erik Råd Herlofsen works with general business law and have particular competence in labour legislation. He has been responsible for a number of larger and smaller adjustment processes in Storebrand, including negotiations and preparation of employment and resignation agreement. In addition Herlofsen have extensive litigation experience within the areas of enforcement, mortgage and law of finance. He is an recognized lecturer in the subjects of senior politics, ethics and enforcement.
